This SSLG series of feed pellet crumbler is widely used in the crushing of livestock and poultry feed pellets and aquatic feed pellets for crushing 3-6mm feed pellets into 1.5-2.5mm small size feed pellets, which can avoid the use of a smaller pore size ring on the pellet machine and improve the overall capacity.

Features of Animal Feed Crumbler:

1. Adopts unique double-roller different tooth-shaped differential principle to achieve the crushing of Φ1.5-Φ5.0mm pellets. High yield and less graded return material.

2. It is a novel, low-noise, high-efficiency crushing equipment which can be used directly with the counter-flow cooler and installed at the bottom of the cooler to shorten the process and reduce the occupation space.

3. Equipped with unique transmission structure and bypass device, which is convenient for crushing.

4. Crush the 3-6mm large feed pellets into 1.5-2.5mm small feed pellets, which has advantages of high output and low consumption compared with direct compression of small-diameter feed pellets.

5. For crumbling super fine feed pellet, such as shrimp feed pellet, the crumbling roller should be customized.
