Applications of Bucket Vertical Conveyor:

Bucket pellet conveyors are widely used in feed, grain and oil, metallurgy, cement, chemical, light industry and other industries. It is used to lift feed pellet, grain, lump coal, gravel, ore, egg stone, dry and bulk and flow, granules and bulk materials. The material density is not more than 2t / m3, and the site temperature does not exceed 200 °C.

Working Principle of Bucket Vertical Conveyor:

When the drive of the bucket elevator hoist starts working, it drives the puley to circulate the belt with the plastic bucket from the bottom of the tail to the top of the head. The head has an exit and the tail has an entrance.
The feed hopper lift is filled with material and run to the head, and then the material is thrown out of the outlet by centrifugal force according to the parabolic design. When it is running, the empty bucket returns to the bottom of the tail and fills the material again from the inlet and then lifts up for a parabolic discharge motion. Therefore, this cycle completes the vertical transfer of material.
